Can't speak for everyone at Berkshire Hathaway, but our experience with Erica May was outstanding.
Not only was she the consummate professional, extremely responsive (even while out of town on family business), very honest/forthcoming, but seemed like with got two agents for the price of one since her partner agent (& husband) was an integral part of the customer service we received.
